Wasma, the 15th Jubilee International exhibition of the equipment & technologies designed for the recycling, recovery of waste & waste water treatment was held in Moscow, at the “Sokolniki” exhibition center within the period of October, 23- 25, 2018. The exhibition was supported by the RF Minpromtorg.
In 2018 92 leading companies displayed their equipment & services at the Wasma exhibition: the Russian & foreign producers & distributors of the equipment & technologies for waste recovery & waste water treatment from 11 countries which is 30 % more than in 2017. For over 30 companies this was their first participation in the exhibition.
The total area of the exposition exceeded 2200 m3. Within 3 days the exhibition was attended by 3061 visitors from 29 countries & 70 Russian regions which is 15 % more as compared to the last year. The amount of potential customers among the exhibition visitors was 2487 people.
The exhibitors demonstrated a wide range of the equipment: containers & Euro containers for the collection of oversize bulk waste, for separate waste collection, the equipment for waste classification, for the recycling of products made of rubber, polymers & plastic, paper & cardboard, glass, wood, metal, for the disposal of biological waste as well as technologies for the landfill remediation & municipal machinery. Complete cycle waste classification lines were also presented. Visitors could watch the equipment for waste recycling in operation, learn technical data and ask questions to the company technicians.
The exhibitors participating in the exhibition included Anton Ohlert company with companies - partners: Sutco RecyclingTechnik & Biodegma.
Sutco RecyclingTechnik displayed the equipment for the classification of mixed solid municipal waste including automatic & semi-automatic complex lines enabling the production of not only separate fractions of the recoverable resources but alternative fuel as well.
Biodegma exhibited the equipment for the biological recycling of organic waste which could be collected both separately & integrated in solid municipal waste.
Within the framework of the conference “The strategy of the waste recycling industry development” the Anton Ohlert sales manager in charge of the industrial equipment made a report on “The development of the waste recycling management in Poland over the past 10 years & the latest changes in the German laws with regard to the solid municipal waste recycling”.
